Duryea’s Montauk opens recent accommodation options

One of probably the most famous spots within the Hamptons to enjoy a lobster cobb, people watch, and catch a waterfront breeze just added a brand new area of ​​hospitality.

Today, Duryea’s Montauk announced brand recent Sunset Cottages to accommodate overnight guests. The collection includes 4 luxury clifftop cottages with stunning views of Fort Pond Bay, meaning incredible sunsets and refreshing breezes all summer long.

Duryea’s Sunset Cottages are a five-minute walk from the waterfront restaurant on Firestone Road, meaning guests can responsibly drink as much Summer Water as they’ll handle before safely retiring for the night just minutes away.

“The inspiration behind the design of the cottages was to complement our exemplary food and beverage hospitality with first-class accommodations,” said Steven Jauffrineau, managing director of Alchemy Hospitality, which operates Duryea’s. “With the proximity to our restaurant, market and boutique, we felt we had the opportunity to bring what everyone loves about Duryea’s into a more intimate and private setting.”

The newly constructed cottages are designed for indoor-outdoor living, with amenities including outdoor showers, alfresco dining tables and personal spas secluded amidst lush gardens. Each cottage offers a recent feel, combining the allure of waterfront living with the boutique hotel experience.

Each of the 4 freestanding, barrier-free cottages reflects Montauk’s natural landscape, offering optimal privacy while still having fun with scenic views. The cottages are designed to sleep two and have details for a restful night’s sleep – guests can choose from a soft, medium or firm mattress, then dress in luxurious Frette linens. A Sensei robe and slippers, in addition to Natura Bissé detox products, are offered to assist visitors unwind.

Cottage details include a non-public outdoor workspace with high-speed WiFi, a 28-55 sqm terrace, a 55-inch Sonos OLED Smart TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, freezer and microwave), an out of doors fire pit, keyless entry and more.

Exclusive services for overnight guests include each day housekeeping, turndown service, complimentary dockage, and room service for breakfast from Duryea’s Café and lunch or dinner from Duryea’s Restaurant. Guests also can secure a table at Duryea’s Montauk, which can’t be reserved, or charter a ship to Duryea’s Orient Point on the North Fork. Sunset Cottages guests even have access to paddleboards and electric bikes on-site.
