According to a brand new report by Business InsiderMeta holds internal block lists of people that have worked in the corporate and aren’t justified for rehire.
Former employees can create the list, even in the event that they have a recording of fine performance, the outlet states.
Five former employees, including two managers, said Business Insider said that Meta would regulate former employees who violate corporate guidelines or have the underperformance and provides them a “non -included day of use”. The managers could add former employees without documented performance problems so as to not rehire in “minutes” by “only filling out one form”.
Almost 4,000 staff were affected by what Meta said that they were performance -based cuts in the beginning of this 12 months.
