Fifteen people were injured in a streetcar accident at Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles on Saturday evening, authorities and the corporate said.
Los Angeles County Fire Department units were dispatched to the theme park on Lankershim Boulevard just after 9 p.m., the department said in a social media post.
The victims, who were taken to area hospitals, suffered minor injuries, the department said.
A spokesman for Universal Studios Hollywood sent an email to The Associated Press confirming that there have been “multiple minor injuries” in a tram accident on the theme park.
Details of what happened to the accident were initially unknown.
The California Highway Patrol will lead the investigation, the hearth department said.
