Thanks to her high-profile involvement with Amazon founder and billionaire Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sanchez has found herself in the general public eye — and now a national news outlet is searching for a specialist reporter to cover her every move.
The Daily Beast announced it’s seeking to hire a full-time senior reporter to cover Sánchez and her day-to-day operations, from business to social to space.
“The Beast plans to cover tech moguls and their ecosystem as part of the site’s return to its roots as a ‘smart tabloid,'” per Axios.
This follows the trends of other publications equivalent to USA today and that Tennessee, who’ve hired specialist reporters from Taylor Swift and Beyonce to make sure the problem receives full coverage.

“I have never seen anyone land on the American radar as quickly and brilliantly as Lauren Sánchez,” Coles said, the previous chief content officer of Hearst Magazines. “I’m just really excited to find out everything about her. There is no small detail that doesn’t fascinate me.”
Sanchez is a licensed pilot and former television host currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Bezos Earth Fundwhich just announced it can donate $100 million to AI efforts to combat climate change.
