America’s first Passive House certified hotel is a classy weekend getaway from New York City

Since opening, Hotel Marcel has also achieved LEED Platinum status – becoming only the tenth hotel within the U.S. to realize this elite designation – and is on the right track to realize net zero by 2025.

Not only does Hotel Marcel go above and beyond what most hotels claim within the name of sustainability, but its easy aesthetic has also caught the eye of design lovers from everywhere in the world.
