I’ll give the microphone to Nick Kristof (one among my heroes):
More than three-quarters of Americans say the United States is stepping into the mistaken direction. . . . Instead of a city on a hill, we feel like a nation in despair – even perhaps a planet in despair.
But I do not feel that way in any respect.
. . . I leave my years on the front lines in awe of fabric and moral progress, because we’re fortunate to be part of what’s probably the best improvement in life expectancy, nutrition and health ever achieved in a lifetime.
Worth reading complete.
Have a pleasant weekend.
Oh, wait a minute!
What Trump promised oil CEOs when he asked them to commit $1 billion to his campaign

An astute reader asked me why I sold my entire holding of 333,333 shares this submission Wednesday.
I hadn’t. These were shares that were purchased directly from the corporate. The company is within the means of registering with the SEC in order that they can at some point be freely sold. I actually have no intention of selling them any time soon. Additionally, the shape must have reflected the significantly larger variety of shares I had previously purchased on the open market. I do not sell them either.
As mentioned prior to now, this is theory and might only be carried out with money you could really afford to lose!
