From 2021, the quantity of BRK.A increased as a consequence of the Finra rules and trade with fractional stocks, the phantom volume, the distortion of the connection between BRK.B and the limitation of arbitrage. A change within the rule in 2024 reduced this and shows the necessity for market transparency.
