Habits that create abundance

Their every day thoughts and habits result in a lifetime of abundance or poverty. Since most individuals grow up either in poverty or middle class, they grow up in households where money and other things are scarce.

The self-made millionaires in my study “The Habits of the Rich” were capable of escape this scarcity trap and create enormous wealth.

How did they do it? How did they make the transition from a lifetime of deprivation to a lifetime of abundance?

Abundance pondering and habits

  • Self-made millionaires have a positive mental attitude – they maintain a positive, optimistic attitude towards life and their future.
  • Self-made millionaires have an attitude of gratitude – they express gratitude on daily basis for the things they’ve and for what’s going well of their lives. Gratitude is a magnet that draws more wealth and abundance.
  • Self-made millionaires read or take heed to uplifting, inspirational books, blogs and podcasts.
  • Self-made millionaires pursue dreams or big goals that force them to strive and turn out to be the individuals they should turn out to be with a view to achieve success. Pursuing dreams/goals forces you into constant growth mode.
  • Self-made millionaires surround themselves with other joyful, optimistic individuals who have a watch for abundance and limit contact with negative, toxic, and scarcity-minded members of the family and friends.
  • For self-made millionaires, pursuing their dreams and goals is the highest priority of their every day lives.
  • They use optimistic, positive language and suppress negative thoughts that come into their minds. Many use mantras to suppress negative thoughts.
  • Self-made millionaires take heed to uplifting, inspiring music,
  • Self-made millionaires make essential decisions after a very good night’s sleep. Sleep brings your emotional baseline back to normal.
  • Self-made millionaires exercise every day – aerobic and anaerobic exercise is a every day habit. Exercise brings your emotional state back to normal.
  • Self-made millionaires eat healthy and nutritious food.
  • Self-made millionaires watch uplifting, inspiring movies or videos.
  • Self-made millionaires do good – they volunteer at an area nonprofit organization and do good for the people of their community.
  • Self-made millionaires laugh, sing and express their like to the people they care about.
  • Self-made millionaires help people around them who’re in trouble.
  • Self-made millionaires help others turn out to be successful.
  • Self-made millionaires have a really clear vision of their future and the perfect person they need to be.
  • Self-made millionaires have a really clear idea of ​​what their ideal future life will appear to be.
  • Self-made millionaires study for half-hour or more on daily basis – this strengthens their self-confidence. Self-confident people attract wealth.
  • Self-made millionaires practice one in all their marketable skills for 2-4 hours a day – this builds their self-confidence. Confident people attract wealth.
