From the start, the importance of the garden and outdoor spaces was paramount to the developer. “Undertaking this project on the beautiful hill in the La Californie district was both a privilege and a responsibility,” says Rosengart. “Being a contextualist means deeply understanding the place and its unique energy; we immediately recognized the sacredness of this place.”

In every project Rosengart is involved in, the landscaping is developed in parallel with the architecture. “I always consider these two elements as inseparable,” he says. “Skyblade is seamlessly integrated into the natural environment, no asphalt is visible, just nature. The landscaping is Mediterranean-style in the southern part, an Amazonian theme between the main and guest houses, and an equatorial backdrop on the spa terrace. Several secluded locations offer paradisiacal experiences waiting to be discovered.”

Guests can wander throughout the garden and immerse themselves in the great thing about this botanical oasis.
