Why did you turn into a planner?

I became a financial planner to assist people make smart, informed financial decisions early of their lives. When people lay their financial foundation from the beginning, it could positively impact their entire future. I enjoy guiding clients through these critical moments and watching how their financial decisions result in long-term success.

How do you approach financial planning?

Cooperation. Financial plans are only successful if customers are fully committed. If they aren’t invested in the method, they may not implement the plan. Work closely with clients to make sure their plan aligns with their goals and ensure they feel confident in implementing and adjusting as needed.

What success are you particularly happy with as a financial planner?

One of my proudest moments is seeing the burden of stress lift off a client’s shoulders after going through the financial planning process. It’s incredibly rewarding to observe someone go from feeling overwhelmed to feeling answerable for their financial future with a transparent plan that provides them peace of mind.

What customer success story are you able to share?

A couple of years ago a pair with three young children got here to me. They felt the strain of lost savings on account of parental leave and increasing family expenses. What would you do if money wasn’t a difficulty?

I might still be a financial planner because I like helping people gain clarity about their funds. The work is fulfilling, but with more freedom I might probably take a couple of more ski trips.
