Wynn Las Vegas attracts foodies with recent culinary festival Revelry

Produced in collaboration with culinary innovator Elizabeth Blau, Revelry brings together the world’s most respected chefs, world-class winemakers and mixologists to create a series of immersive programs, events and curated experiences throughout Wynn Las Vegas.

“Las Vegas has become a premier culinary destination for visitors from around the world, and Wynn has set the standard for celebrating and experiencing the culinary arts,” said Brian Gullbrants, chief operating officer of Wynn Resorts – North America. “Revelry will showcase Wynn’s unmatched hospitality and provide guests with exceptional food, spirits and entertainment experiences.”

Over the three days, guests on the event can take part in quite a lot of experiences comparable to a star chef golf tournament with Chef Thomas Keller, an intimate dining experience at Delilah with Chef Joshua Smith and Chef Michael Symon, and a master class with pastry chefs Michael Outlaw and Salvatore Martone.   • Masterclass Collaboration by Wynn Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini and Master Mixologist Kate Gerwin: Thursday, June sixth at Casa Playa: In this masterclass, titled “Class in the Glass,” Wynn mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini and award-winning mixologist Kate Gerwin of Happy Accidents will guide guests through a comprehensive mixology class and tasting, demonstrating how one can reinterpret classic cocktails .
  • 50 Best Signature Session: Icons Dinner: Thursday, June sixth at Lakeside: An iconic group of chefs, previously recognized with The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards, will come together to present this world-class experience. The lineup includes Chef Daniel Humm of Eleven Madison Park, Chef Junghyun Park of Atomix, Chef Thomas Keller of The French Laundry and Per Se, Chef Kyle Connaughton of Single Thread, Chef Dominique Crenn of Atelier Crenn, Pastry Chef Pía Salazar of Nuema and Pastry chef Dominique Ansel from Dominique Ansel Bakery.
  • Revelry All-Star Chefs Dinner: Friday, June 7 at Lakeside: This experiential dinner will likely be hosted by Wynn’s Vice President of Culinary Operations and Development, Chef Christopher Lee, and can feature dishes from Chef Brad Kilgore of Kilgore Culinary, Angie Mar of Le B, Chef Philip Tessier of Press, Pastry Chef Margarita Manzke of République and Pastry Chef Jen Yee from Wynn.
  • Revelry: The Feast: Saturday, June 8 at Wynn Event Pavilion and Lawn: The inaugural Revelry Festival concludes with The Feast, the unique grand tasting event that takes guests on an immersive, multi-sensory journey through 4 culinary experiences:
  • Four Sixes Ranch Country Cookout: Brought to life by Chef Christopher Lee, with special guests Chef-Owners Andrew and Michelle Muñoz of Moo’s Craft Barbecue and Pastry Chef Heather Wong of Flouring Cake Shop, guests can expect masterful samples of Taylor Sheridan’s Four Sixes Ranch served on picket skewers Grilled specialties are prepared from a custom-built outdoor smoker, in addition to a choice of craft beers, great wines and spirits.
  • Road to Tulum: This celebration of coastal Mexican cuisine includes a number of fresh and colourful options from Chef Sarah Thompson of Casa Playa together with Chef Gilberto Cetina of Holbox, in addition to desserts from Pastry Chef Jen Yee.
